They offer a convenient free ski shuttle that takes you directly to the Matterhorn Ski Paradise or Monterosa Ski lifts. With the shuttle service, we were able to easily access the slopes without any hassle. Gianpaolo, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options for everyone. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a play area for children.

The apartment at Hotel Genzianella was cozy and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a living room that had a sofa that turned into a bunk bed. It was perfect for someone like me who likes a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the single foldaway bed in the bedroom. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

The owner, Gianpaolo, and his wife were super cool and helped us out with whatever we needed. The breakfast was mad good and gave us the energy to hit the slopes at Matterhorn Ski Paradise and Monterosa Ski. The free ski shuttle was clutch, making it easy for us to shred all day long!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a better nightlife scene for us party animals. The hotel was chill and cozy, but we were hoping for some more options to turn up and have a wild time after a long day of snowboarding.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Genzianella in Champoluc. The value for money was fantastic and the rooms were clean and functional. The location was perfect with easy access to the ski lifts and the staff, especially Gianpaolo and his wife, were incredibly hospitable and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more variety in the selection of pastries.

I chose this hotel for attending a council and I was pleased to find that it provided guests with a bar and a business center. The bar was a great place to unwind after a long day of work, and the business center had all the amenities I needed to stay productive during my stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a printer at the business center. It would have been helpful to have a printer available for printing documents and important materials for my meetings.

A Snowy Adventure: During my stay at the hotel, I experienced the most delightful ski-in/ski-out access. It felt like I was walking into my own personal winter wonderland, gliding effortlessly from the slopes to the cozy embrace of the hotel. It was as if the snow was whispering, "Welcome home!
Limited Lounge Area.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming and had a cozy, traditional feel. The common areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were beautifully decorated with warm colors and comfortable furniture. It created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel was very accessible for senior people like myself. There were elevators available, making it easy to navigate the different floors, and the hallways were well-lit for safety. The staff was also very attentive and offered assistance whenever needed.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had been more knowledgeable about local attractions suitable for senior people.
